There are triggers at times…smells, sights, and tastes that may take you back to a moment in your childhood or to a place that you felt the most at home. None of us can help that sense of longing.

Think about it…fresh homemade flour or corn tortillas shaped using a tortilla press heated on a traditional c√≥mal…the smell of boiling cinnamon tea close by…
